| Helen Chen Helen Chen founded Beijing Blueip Intellectual Property Agency Firm in Beijing in 2009.She is a registered Patent Attorney in China (Registration No. 1134500259.6). She graduated from Qingdao Institute of Chemical and Engineering in 1989 majoring in chemical engineering automation. She achieved the qualifications of lawyer and patent agent in 1997 and 2000 respectively. The occupations she had been engaged in include: technician, English interpreter, lawyer and patent agent. Helen Chen has rich experience in civil case handling and appearing in court. From October 2000 to June 2003, she acted as a patent agent at Beijing Sanyou Intellectual Property Agency Ltd., dealing a large number of domestic patent applications including those from Taiwan, and also involved in foreign patent invalidation and infringement cases. From July 2003 to March 2006, she served as a patent agent and lawyer at Beijing EastIP Intellectual Property Agency Ltd., responsible for foreign patent applications, especially the patents in semiconductor field as well as foreign patent invalidation cases. From April 2006 to March 2008, she worked as the vice general manager at Beijing Sunshine Intellectual Property International Co., Ltd., responsible for all of the business serving for both Chinese and foreign clients.
